Refund policy

At The Skin Kitchen, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with our products. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt, subject to the following conditions:

1.Products must be unused and in their original packaging.

2. Proof of purchase and proof of defective product via Images/Video is required.

3. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or the return is a result of our error.

4. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.

5. Verification Process: Upon receiving the returned product, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If the product is found to be damaged or used, we will notify you, and the return may be denied or subject to a partial refund.
